CUSTOMER LIST CLEANUP SERVICES — DATA ENHANCEMENT

In the second half of 2011, much of our list cleanup work has centered on list enhancement as opposed to list hygiene.  For our B2B clients, we have appended employee count info, annual sales info, year founded info, and SIC codes.  Equally important, we have appended telephone numbers and e-mail addresses.  To discuss the cleanup of your list or a client's list, contact Ron Sepanak at 305-735-3419.

CUSTOMER LIST CLEANUP SERVICES — ONE YEAR LATER

It's been about a year since Revolution began offering list cleanup services to our brokers and their clients.  The program has been an unqualified success, particularly in the technology and publishing sectors.  With some of our clients, the list cleanup work has been quite traditional.  We've standardized addresses, eliminated duplicates, identified incomplete records, updated area codes, fixed and reformatted e-mail addresses, and updated the addressees of new movers.

2011 — REVOLUTION'S YEAR OF THE SMARTPHONE

In 2011, smartphone sales exploded worldwide.  In the USA, our partners Verizon and Sprint led the market in smartphone conversions, particularly on the Android Gingerbread and Apple iOS 5 platforms.  The efficacy of multi-channel direct marketing remains unassailable.
