MAXIMIZING THE VALUE OF YOUR PROSPECT LIST

Over the course of a year or two, most firms collect hundreds or thousands of sales leads.  These prospects may have called your firm, e-mailed your firm, or visited your website.  You may have met them in person on a sales call or at a trade show.

Revolution specializes in list cleanup.  With some of our clients, our list cleanup work has been quite traditional.  We've standardized addresses, eliminated duplicates, identified incomplete records, updated area codes, fixed and reformatted e-mail addresses, and updated the addressees of new movers. Recently, much of our list cleanup work has centered on list enhancement as opposed to list hygiene.  For our B2B clients, we have appended employee count info, annual sales info, year founded info, and SIC codes.  Equally important, we have appended telephone numbers and e-mail addresses.

To discuss the cleanup or enhancement of your prospect list or your client's prospect list, contact Ron Sepanak at 305-735-3419.
